Position is Port Elizabeth (approx; it is a radio service). Daily at 8:00 am on VHF 68 (Noonsite, 2025). Noonsite's docking page says Cheryl from the Fig Tree restaurant runs it. VHF 68 is also the locally monitored hailing channel for businesses in Bequia.
