An ultra-luxury marina village in Deep Bay at North Sound's eastern end: over-water restaurant Nova, floating hammocks, a suspended pool, market and boutique, reached by a lit, marked channel.

Coordinate approximate (the marina piers in Deep Bay, OpenStreetMap). Berths for yachts up to 130 ft (larger by arrangement) with up to about 8 ft (2.4 m) draft; berths are privately owned but bookable nightly. The 2021 reopening notice says the channel is well marked, lit at night and navigable for most charter boats; Oil Nut Bay emails a route map for regular and deeper-draft boats on request (info@oilnutbay.com). Dockmaster concierge, double reverse-osmosis water, ice, provisioning, helipad. Moorings: see Deep Bay (North Sound). Anchoring in the surrounding area is strongly discouraged to protect the marine environment. BVI office +1 284 393 1000. Nova closed August 18 to October 9 in 2025 (Yacht Warriors).
