Culebra is hilly and spread out, so a jeep, golf cart or UTV for a day is the way to reach Zoni, Flamenco and the island's lookouts from the anchorage.

Culebra Divers (2026) lists Carlos Jeep Rental, Choco's Bronco Rental, Jerry's Jeep Rental and UTV Rental and advises booking early. Wikivoyage gives jeeps at about US$100–125/day and golf carts about US$80/day (undated: verify locally). Públicos (shared taxis) also run to Flamenco, the airport and the ferry.
