Practical

Position: OpenStreetMap 'Terminal de Lanchas de Culebra Ramón "Monchín" Feliciano Encarnación' (way 426490271). Puerto Rico Ferry (2026): Ceiba terminal at Marina Dr., Roosevelt Roads, Ceiba; Culebra terminal on Pedro Márquez Street; crossing about 1 hour 30 minutes; arrive an hour early, check-in closes 10 minutes before departure; tickets sold online or in the City Experiences app, no refunds. Culebra Divers (2026) gives the non-resident one-way fare as US$4.25 including environmental tax, rising to US$13.25 after December 31, 2026, says online tickets sell out in high season (November to April and July), and says non-residents cannot bring cars on the cargo ferry. Older sources (Wikivoyage, Virgintino) still describe the ferry from Fajardo; it now runs from Ceiba. Ferry wakes roll Bahía de Sardinas: do not anchor in the ferry approach.
