Coordinate is the marina position, not a separately plotted fuel dock. Fuel dock: diesel, petrol 91 and outboard oil, with sewage pump-out at the fuel dock (Superyachts.com listing; another listing calls the petrol gasohol, so confirm the grade). Haul-out: 50 t travel lift for boats 7-22 m, a 2 t jib crane, a 5 t forklift and a service-dock crane for lifting gear aboard. The hardstand takes 26 boats, with pressure washing, cradles, scaffolding and free trolleys. Hardstand power is metered (32 A 220 V single-phase, 32 A 380 V three-phase). Berths have 32 A or 63 A 230 V single-phase or 32 A 380 V three-phase by berth size; ask the office for the right plug. Water at berths and the hardstand is metered and not drinkable (Thai tap water is not potable), so ask the office for drinking water. External contractors work on site. SEAP rates repair and refit facilities as limited and lists no chandlery, so for parts go to the Boat Lagoon chandleries up the same channel. Office hours on the marina site: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat from 8:30am (the closing time is printed as 12:00 AM, probably noon), closed Sun. Channel access is tidal: SEAP says boats up to 2.5 m draft should come in during the last hour of the rising tide (see the passage entry). The nearest supermarket is the Super Cheap on Thepkasattri Road in Koh Kaew.
