Position from OpenStreetMap; a bar of the same name is mapped beside it, and its listing says entry is paid, 20 baht (verify locally). Koh Tao Complete Guide: turn left off the main Mango Bay road at Jim's Bar and continue 200 m; an entrance fee is charged. Two nearby viewpoints (Sunset Viewpoint and Sky Bar on OpenStreetMap) face west for the sunset, and a third to the north looks at the north-east coast and the lighthouse. The concrete road from north Sairee is very steep; most people take a 4x4 taxi up and walk down. The Grape Viewpoint hike, close above Nang Yuan, starts from the same steep road (Koh Tao Complete Guide).
