Wikipedia lists boat trips to Koh Usen and Koh Kra as the island's popular excursions. Reach it by dinghy from Pattaya Beach or Sunrise Beach; keep clear of the ferry and speedboat lanes off Pattaya Beach. Longtail snorkel trips with three stops run about 600-700 THB per person (Wikivoyage; verify locally).
