OpenStreetMap maps 7-Elevens at the Pattaya Beach end of Walking Street (this position) and further along near Sunrise Beach, plus All Great Minimart and a market. The Southeast Asia Pilot lists several supermarkets and 7-Elevens and notes groundwater available year-round on Lipe. Wikivoyage: Ricci House sells ice at about 10 THB/kg; Bundhaya Resort exchanges USD, EUR, GBP and MYR. For a serious provisioning run, Satun town (markets, via Tammalang) or Langkawi are better. No fuel dock is listed for yachts on Lipe in the sources consulted; plan diesel elsewhere.
