Captain Nhong Seafood (Ao Salat)
11° 42.4′ N · 102° 34.3′ E
The best of the small seafood restaurants at Ao Salat pier, on the left as you arrive, with views over the fishing village bay.
Practical
Explorekohchang: a good lunch spot with bay views; Jack Seafood and Red Seafood are small pier restaurants rated 'passable', and Kraten and M & M are also on the pier. Captain Nhong also runs a homestay. The Southeast Asia Pilot does not recommend anchoring at Ao Salat (busy fishing community, limited protection in the southwest season); visit by road or on the ferry. Hours not published; verify locally.
