Koh Mak's public concrete pier at Ao Nid on the south coast, used by the Koh Mak Ferry, Boonsiri catamaran, Koh Kut Express and Koh Chang Express.

Explorekohchang (October 2026): Koh Mak Ferry speedboat to Laem Ngop 8:30am, back 11:30am, all year, 550 THB; Boonsiri and Koh Kut Express from Laem Sok also call here. The clinic is on the road down to the pier. Anchor southeast of the commercial pier in 8–10 m and watch for a large coral outcrop off the centre of the beach (Southeast Asia Pilot).
