Wikivoyage notes Ao Nang has few petrol stations (three off-brand ones) and self-service roadside pumps; the nearest chain station is on the road to Krabi. Carry jerry cans by songthaew or taxi. For diesel in quantity, go up the Krabi River to Port Takola (fuel listed by Noonsite, Feb 2024).
