Morne Blanc Trail

4° 39.5′ S · 55° 26.1′ E

A short, steep climb through mist forest to a cliff-top platform with a sheer view down to Port Glaud, Grand Anse and Thérèse Island; the best payoff-to-effort walk on Mahé.

Practical

About 850 m up a steep, well-signposted path (Seyvillas), roughly 30 minutes back down; mostly shaded. Wear real shoes and carry at least 2 litres of water; slippery after rain. One of SPGA's official Morne Seychellois National Park trails (Trail No 6 on OSM); SPGA lists no fee for it. Trailhead on Sans Souci Road above the Tea Factory. Viewing platform at -4.65712, 55.43233 (OSM).
