The climb to the 905 m summit of Morne Seychellois, the highest point in Seychelles, through forest that shelters seven of the twelve endemic granitic land birds including the elusive scops owl.
Practical
Pin is the summit (OpenStreetMap). Must be done with a licensed tour guide; open 8am-12pm only; non-residents pay SCR 250 (SPGA). The national park covers about 3,045 ha with more than 15 km of trails. Start early to beat the heat and cloud.
