Eden Island Marina Fuel Dock

4° 38.5′ S · 55° 28.6′ E · approximate

The marina's fuel dock, the most convenient diesel stop on Mahé's east coast and where charter boats top up before returning to base.

Practical

Approximate: placed in the marina basin; the dock's exact position is not published, so ask the marina office or watch for it on entry. The Moorings lists a fuel dock among Eden Island Marina's facilities and quotes diesel at around EUR 1.34 a litre (2026 guide; verify locally); charter boats not on the prepaid fuel plan must refuel before returning, and the base can fill from jerry cans for a surcharge. Alternatives: the fishing wall in Victoria's inner harbour (hackingfamily.com) and the commercial wharf, where Noonsite says fuel is very expensive and the Harbour Master wants 24 hours' notice. Water refills at main piers elsewhere cost about SCR 60 (Moorings).
