Anse Volbert Dinghy Landing (Côte d'Or Beach)

4° 19.0′ S · 55° 45.0′ E

The public beach at Côte d'Or, where crews land the dinghy for the village, restaurants and buses.

Practical

koek.sc describes the landing on the public beach as straightforward. Pull the dinghy above the tide line (range up to about 2 m at springs, Moorings eGuide). Hotel water taxis and dive boats work off the same beach, so keep clear of their lanes and swimmers. Buses run along the coast road behind the beach. No dinghy dock or jetty was found in the sources checked.
