White Beach Station 1

11° 57.9′ N · 121° 55.4′ E · approximate

The northern, widest stretch of White Beach, with the most upscale resorts, the finest powder sand and Willy's Rock just offshore.

Practical

Approx: taken from Wikivoyage listings tagged Station 1 (beachfront path). The 'stations' are old boat-landing points dividing the 4 km beach; Station 1 runs north to Diniwid. Since the 2018 reopening, no eating, drinking, smoking or fire dancing on the sand and no chairs or umbrellas on the beach (Wikivoyage); a 30 m buffer zone from the waterline was cleared. Swim area is calm in the amihan; in the habagat waves and wind make it unsuitable for swimming at times. Ariel's Point and many tour desks are at Station 1.

Best for

Classic powder-sand swim and sunset
