The small municipal port of Sablayan on Occidental Mindoro's west coast, the mainland base for Apo Reef and Pandan Island trips.

Position: OSM 'Sablayan Port'. Apo Reef tour bangkas leave from Pondohan, Sablayan (Lakwatsero); Pandan Island transfers PHP 300 per person (Pandan 2025-26). Town (OSM Sablayan Market 12.84296N 120.77481E) has a public market; a Petron station lies on the highway north of town (OSM 12.88280N 120.82985E) - fuel by jerry can. Sablayan Lighthouse Park sits on the point by the port (OSM). Getting there overland: fly to San Jose then 2-3 hours by road, or ferry Batangas-Abra de Ilog then road (Pandan factsheet). Not a port of entry. Facilities for yachts not documented.
