Pandan Island Resort (prices valid Sep 2026-Sep 2027): house reef 2-18 m, mostly no current, ideal for beginners, turtles often seen; snorkel gear PHP 350 per day; day-visitor entrance PHP 300 per person (picnic hours 8am-5pm); Pandan Island environmental fee PHP 100 for non-divers. Anchor off the island (see 'Pandan Island Anchorage (Sablayan)') and land the dinghy at the resort beach.
