Sabang Pier (Underground River Boat Terminal)
10° 11.8′ N · 118° 53.6′ E
The rocky little pier at Sabang where the park ferry bancas load visitors for the 20-minute run to the Underground River entrance.
Practical
About 45 registered Park Ferry Service boats, up to 6 passengers each, make the roughly 5 km trip to the river and back (Wikivoyage); the river ride itself is included in the permit, the banca is paid separately (PHP 500-600 per boat in older listings; verify locally). Boats run subject to weather and are cancelled in swell. Register at the cave and get your boat number promptly; nobody calls you. Boats here can also be chartered for St Paul Bay snorkelling and fishing (minimum about PHP 1,000 for 2-4 hours, older listing). A Tourist Information and Assistance Centre (8:00 am-5:00 pm) can arrange drivers.
