Noonsite: most marine supplies in the Philippines have to be imported, while general engine and electrical repair is available in most centres and wood and fibreglass skills are good - arrive with your own spares, filters, impellers and sealants. The nearest real chandleries are in Manila/Subic and Cebu. The Romblon yacht club listed fuel and water 'by arrangement' (PGYC directory) - ask the expat community at the Republika Street restaurants for local fixers.
