9° 18.8′ N · 123° 18.7′ E
Dumaguete's ferry and cargo port, a hub on the Western Nautical Highway, with daily ferries to Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor and Mindanao. It is also headquarters of the Philippine Coast Guard Southern Visayas District and Coast Guard Station Negros Oriental.
Practical
Port position from OpenStreetMap (Nominatim). Coast Guard headquarters and ferry routes from Wikipedia. Ferries (Wikivoyage, check current schedules): OceanJet fast craft to Tagbilaran and Cebu; Montenegro, Aleson and others to Siquijor and Dapitan; FastCat to Dapitan; 2GO to Manila. Fast craft to Siquijor take about 40-50 minutes and cost PHP 350-380 (philippinedives.com, 2026). Register with the Coast Guard here on arrival from another port. Dumaguete is not one of the eight Noonsite ports of entry, but Noonsite lists a local immigration office that can handle yacht clearances and visa extensions (see Bureau of Immigration Dumaguete).
