A stairway climb from town to the cross on Mt Tapyas, with the whole of Coron Bay, the islands and Coron Island's karst spread out below; the classic sunset spot.
Practical
Wikivoyage: reportedly about 700 steps; the trail starts beside the community basketball court in town; start around 4pm for sunset. The hill also carries the Hollywood-style CORON sign visible from the anchorage. Hackingfamily: a path to the top affords a nice view. Take water and a headlamp for the descent.
