Approximate coordinate in the middle of the Panagsama strip. Dives about 1,500 PHP with gear at most shops, 1,100-1,200 PHP at some locally owned shops; Open Water course about 14,500-19,000 PHP (Wikivoyage, 2018-2019 - verify locally). Look for PADI or SSI accreditation. Freediving schools include M'Ocean (AIDA/PADI). Shops can arrange moorings or tank fills for cruisers by negotiation.
