An easy, colourful patch of the west-side barrier reef off the north end of White Beach, one of Boracay's favourite beginner dives.
Practical
Approx: placed about 400 m off Fridays resort at the north end of White Beach (Wikivoyage position for the resort), which gives the site its name; the operators' mooring position is not published. MyDiveGuide logbook data: Friday's Rock to about 18 m, Friday's Reef to about 12 m. Shallow coral gardens; also a snorkel stop on island-hopping tours with Coral Garden. Other beginner barrier-reef sites on the west side: Santosan, Balinghai, Angol Point (about 10 m) and Coral Gardens.
