Philippines Compendium (Soggy Paws, 2024): for safety reasons the Philippines prohibits propane tank refills and runs a swap-your-tank system, so if you are staying a while buy a local cylinder and a matching regulator. An older Noonsite report described an Auto-Gas station on Valencia Road that filled foreign tanks (see 'Dumaguete Fuel and LPG'); confirm it still does before relying on it.
