Binundac Bay Anchorage
11° 50.7′ N · 119° 54.4′ E
A sand-bottomed bay on Culion's west side that served as a refuge for a boat beating up from northern Palawan against the NE monsoon.
Practical
Hackingfamily: 11 50.68N 119 54.44E in 16 ft (5 m) sand; NE season only; no Globe, Smart 2G. Satellite imagery is poor; some reefs on the approach, shallowest seen 8 ft (2.4 m) at low water, so deep-keel boats should arrive near high tide. Good sand inside, many local boats.
