Position: hackingfamily 12 11.81N 121 01.86E, 60 ft sand, no cell; table note 'exposed, better inside'. Hackingfamily: the outer bay was calm at first but a strong NE wind came up at midnight and pushed them toward shallows over the reef, so they moved to Ambulong South; the inner bay is fully protected and a channel exists because the resort needs boat access. Hazards: several reefs on the approach; heavy seaweed farming with many floating bottles. Ashore: they found the resort run-down and locals asked about USD 4 per person to land (they declined) - verify locally. Grace Island Beach Resort (OSM) is on Buri Island just south.
