Laundry: no self-service laundry and no marina showers, but drop-off laundry returned in 1-2 days (August 2022 cruiser report on Noonsite, as quoted in the Puerto Aventuras Marina entry) - ask the marina office for the current service. Water is supplied by Aguas del Caribe (town services page). Marina rules allow only minor repairs at the dock - no painting or major work - so there is no haul-out here; nearest yards are in Cancún and Isla Mujeres. For medical care the nearest hospitals mapped in OpenStreetMap are in Playa del Carmen (Hospital Costamed 20.62142, -87.09034; AmeriMed 20.63252, -87.08038), about 20 km north. Hours and prices for services are not published - verify locally.
