The marina's own full-service boatyard and chandlery at the north end of Cabo San Lucas harbor - the only haul-out and marine store inside the harbor, and the first since Ensenada for southbound boats.

Pin is the boat crane mapped in OpenStreetMap at the boatyard area on the north side of the inner harbor (approx - confirm the yard gate with the marina office). The Mexican Marina Association 2026 directory lists a full-service chandlery and a full-service boatyard with a 75-ton travel lift for vessels to 80 ft, plus a two-lane launch ramp; The Log's 2022 summary gives the Cabo yard lift as 70 tons. Expect US-level prices and parts often brought down from San Diego; for bigger jobs (150-ton lift) go 16 nm east to Marine Group Boat Works at Puerto Los Cabos. Ace Hardware is a 10-minute walk north on Camino Real. Rates not published - verify locally.
