Coordinate is approximate (Puerto de Abrigo marina, where Wikivoyage says the charter fleet is based). Charter sportfishing boats leave from the Puerto de Abrigo harbour. A cruiser report on Noonsite notes a fishing permit (about US$50, older figure - verify locally) is needed for any fishing in Mexican waters; taking marine life is prohibited inside the national marine park.
