The restaurant and bar that is the whole of Sandy Island: thatch, hammocks, fresh-fruit cocktails, grilled local seafood and a surprisingly serious wine list, on a cay barely 250 m long. It has run since 1984, when it was a shack with a drum-pan grill.
Practical
Shuttle boats (Happiness, Joy, Bliss, Euphoria) run daily from the small pier at Sandy Ground beach; US$40 per person round trip, and reservations are preferred.
