Propane refills Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am (AMG listing). Also crew placement, shipping and parts clearance, courier and mail drop (DHL, FedEx), provisioning, car hire and flights. Cooking gas background: West Indies Oil is the exclusive LPG supplier in Antigua and Barbuda and sells 20 lb and 25 lb exchange cylinders through retailers, with prices on its site of XCD 32 (20 lb) and XCD 40 (25 lb) plus a refundable first-time deposit (XCD 110 and XCD 150). Its site does not say it fills foreign cylinders, so for a US or European bottle use the refill service here.
