The second Dutch-side port of entry, at the Point Blanche harbour gates beside the cruise-ship facility - handy if you are anchored in Great Bay or at Bobby's Marina.

Coordinate is approximate (the OpenStreetMap A.C. Wathey cruise facility, at whose gates the office sits). Bobby's Marina (2026) lists Immigration just outside the harbour port gates on the right, 7:00 am-5:00 pm daily (tel +1 721 542-2277), and the Clearance Office Mon-Fri 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-4:30 pm, Sat-Sun 9:00 am-12:00 pm, closed public holidays (tel +1 721 542-2348 ext 515/516). Immigration monitors VHF 12. A 2023 cruiser walked about 1.6 km from the Bobby's dinghy dock to an unsigned office and found clearing out here significantly more expensive than at Simpson Bay. In October 2026, with the Simpson Bay police dock under construction, Immigration/SLAC services were directed here - check.
