A restaurant and lobby bar at the Holland House Beach Hotel that opens straight onto the Great Bay boardwalk and beach. It serves European cooking with Caribbean flavours, and it stays lively after the cruise ships leave.

Breakfast is for hotel guests only. Beach chairs can be booked. There is no dock, so land the dinghy at Bobby's Marina or a Philipsburg marina dock and walk along Front Street or the boardwalk. Wikivoyage notes it is popular on Friday evenings.
