No dinghy access: bus, rental car or the cruiser shuttle (usually Fridays in season, about US$6 per person round trip, organized via Island Water World). Cost U Less for paper goods, snacks and well-priced spirits; Carrefour Bush Road is the closest thing to a US supermarket.
