Gouvia Boatyard & Chandleries
39° 39.2′ N · 19° 50.9′ E · approximate
Gouvia is Corfu's yacht-service hub: the D-Marin yard at the north end of the marina hauls and stores yachts year-round, and the marina hosts a chandler, dive shop and engineers used by the charter fleets.
Practical
Coordinate approx: placed at the marina's north end beside the fuel station (mySea BP point 39.65182, 19.84774), where mySea says the repair services are. Yard capacity: 75 t and 65 t travel lifts, 60 t and 45 t mobile cranes, 50 t transporter (D-Marin). A cruiser described the marina's Volvo engineer as very responsive (Noonsite comment, 2014). Another option is Corfu Yacht Yard, described in a 2018 Noonsite report as old-fashioned but efficiently run, close to the Port Authority and a short taxi from the airport, with several marine stores nearby and willing to receive parts — check current status. Gas (bottles) is listed at Gouvia and at Corfu old port (mySea).
