From Friday to Sunday the Inland Sea's charter bases fill up as fleets come home and turn round, so visiting yachts find few berths in Lefkas, Nidri and Palairos.

Sailingissues.com: the Lefkada town quay's 8+ seasonal pontoons fill Friday to Sunday with charter sailboats and catamarans; Nidri's fleets rotate on Sundays (matching UK flights) and sometimes Saturdays; Palairos fleets rotate on Saturdays and the port can be packed Friday and Saturday. Lefkas Marina's fuel quay and the canal also queue up on Friday afternoons. Plan to be in a quiet anchorage (Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos) at weekends and to come into the bases, fuel up or provision midweek. Coordinate is Lefkas Marina (approx).
