Alipa Harbour (Paleokastritsa)
39° 40.4′ N · 19° 42.5′ E
Paleokastritsa's small harbour, mostly filled with fishing boats and day-trip craft, but the place to go stern-to for a night ashore among the tavernas.
Practical
Coordinate from mySea. Depths 1–4 m; sand, good holding; stern-to the mole, few berths (mySea). The middle pontoons are for local boats; visitors go stern-to the mole or use the small pontoon near the light when present; a growing fleet of small hire motorboats takes berths (SailingIssues). Entering, stay close to the head of the mole to avoid the visible rocky shoal on the north side; night approach not recommended (mySea). Fuel and water listed (mySea). Port Police office in the village (OSM 39.67193, 19.70676).
