Many food stores line the inner street parallel to the harbour; a supermarket is near the Town Hall and another inside the Wine Cooperative (Enosis) in the Malagari district, where Samian wine and ouzo are much cheaper than in town. Chandlers: Tsoumakis, 91 Themistokli Sofouli St, west of the small marina on the waterfront (+30 22730 28758); and a store at the Rousakis yard by the Commercial Port. Repairs: Rousakis Marine yard (+30 22730 22978). Coin-op and attended laundries in the inner street. Camping Gaz: Margaroni, 28 Gimnas. Katevaini St, next to the Olimpia cinema (+30 22730 80747).
