Patitiri is the island's service centre: supermarkets, bakeries, the medical centre, post office, banks and the National Park management office are all around the harbour.

Approximate position on the Patitiri waterfront. Electricity/water cards (€10 or €20, 2024) are sold at the ferry office, some cafés, a car-rental shop and a vending machine; they work only on Alonissos (Sailing Issues). Water from taps and pillars on the quay (Sailing Issues logbook).
