Pasas Island Coves (Oinousses)

38° 30.1′ N · 26° 16.5′ E

Pasas (Panagia), the second-largest of the Oinousses group, lies 2.5 miles east of Mandraki; several coves on its west side give peaceful anchorages.

Practical

Most west-side coves offer good shelter from the prevailing winds (CruisersWiki). Reefs and shoals are numerous among the eastern islets (Pondikonisi, Gaidouronisos, Vatos) — carry a large-scale chart. Pasas light on the east end (OSM seamark). Pasas is 2.5 km² (Wikipedia). Close to the Turkish coast — stay in Greek waters.

Best for

Wild anchoring among the Oinousses islets
