Sklavenitis Supermarket (Lavrio)

Lavrio's biggest supermarket, part of Greece's largest grocery chain, about 600 m inland from the town yacht quay on Iroon Polytechniou. It is the obvious place for the main shop before a week in the Cyclades.
Practical
OSM opening hours: Mon–Thu 8am–9pm, Fri 1pm–8pm, Sat 8am–7pm, Sun closed (the Friday hours look unusual; verify locally). From Olympic Marine it is about 2.5 km north, so take a taxi or use the Albatross Sea Market in the marina. My Market is next door on Fokionos Negri, and Galaxias, PAP and three bakeries are all within 300 m, so one trolley run covers everything. Barbaros says supermarkets, bakeries and chandleries are within walking distance of the town quay and some deliver to the boat. YachtBooker says marina staff can take a grocery list about two weeks ahead. Sundays most town supermarkets are shut, so shop on Saturday for a Sunday departure. Position is the OSM node for Sklavenitis.
