A long sandy Blue Flag beach at the head of the Kamares inlet, backed by tamarisks, cafes and the village.

Blue Flag (June 5–Oct 31 as of 2020, Wikivoyage). Shallow, sandy entry, and the easiest dinghy landing from the bay anchorage. Hiking routes start here toward Agios Symeon, Mavri Spilia and the Nymfon cave (municipality).
