Andros Route 13: Arni to Lefka Beach

A gentle river walk from the mountain village of Arni past streams, farm cottages and rock formations to the untouched Lefka beach and its wetland on the north-east coast.
Practical
8.5 km, about 3 hours, moderate; maximum altitude difference only 100 m. Drinking water in Arni before you start; no food on the route. Waymarking finished from Arni to Remata, the rest in progress (verify). Connects with Route 11 from Batsi. Lefka Bay is also an anchorage (separate entry). Emergency +30 22820 42199.
