GPS from Tahiti Cruisers Guide. Travel lifts of 75 and 300 tonnes; the smaller may be too narrow for some catamarans. Approach from the east part of the harbour because a low bridge separates Fare Ute from Motu Uta. Call VHF 9 when approaching the lifts. exploitation@technimarine.pf, +689 40 43 02 22. Owner-assisted work allowed; TIG/MIG welding, spraying, PropSpeed. Water and electricity metered; a daily surcharge applies to outside contractors. Cruiser reviews 2021–2023 are mostly positive; rates are 'expensive but fair' (2023). There were catamaran blocking-damage complaints in 2020, and the yard may ask for the builder's blocking document. Book well ahead.
