The sand beach just north of Fare village, in front of the Maitai Lapita Village hotel and close to the Fare moorings.

Position: OpenStreetMap 'Plage de l'Hotel'. A short walk from the Fare quay. The Fare coral-garden snorkel lies offshore between the two passes. Noonsite (2016) notes that Fare moorings lie 'in front of the beach or close to the reef between the two passes'.
