Rukavac Bay (Vis)

A wide bay and small village on the south coast, sheltered by Cape Polivalo and the islet of Ravnik. It is the safest overnight spot on the south side of Vis and a good base for Budikovac and the Green Cave.
Practical
Cape Polivalo blocks the west and Ravnik breaks the south-east sea. Big buoy field; buoys are free if you eat at the beach restaurant. Small concrete pier with 2.5 m at its head. Three restaurants and a lounge bar (Diamond Beach, +385 91 885 1916). Sheltered from maestral.
