The second village on Koločep, on the east side facing the mainland, with a sandy beach and a small ferry landing. A short walk through the pines links it to Donje Čelo.
Practical
Coordinate is the bay (OSM 'Uvala Gornje Čelo'). Anchor in about 5–8 m on sand and weed. Open to the N and NE, so not a bura anchorage; better in the summer NW wind. The small pontoon is for locals and the ferry. Café and beach bar by the beach.
