Separate permits: vessels over 60 ft need a 30-day Anchoring Permit from the Department of Environment and Maritime Affairs (DEMA) or the larger marinas; anyone 16+ fishing needs a licence ($10 a day or $30 for 30 days at most marinas or DEMA).
