Mudjin Harbour & Dragon Cay (Middle Caicos)
21° 50.1′ N · 71° 48.8′ W
Middle Caicos' signature view: limestone cliffs, a cave above the beach and the dragon-shaped Dragon Cay connected by a sandbar, with the plateau edge so close that Atlantic swell breaks right offshore.
Practical
Visit by road (ferry to Bellefield Landing, then drive) — Noonsite notes no facilities and hazardous navigation off Middle Caicos. Main access is through Dragon Cay Resort (car park, 500-ft path); Mudjin Bar & Grill is there. Swimming is poor except in the cove behind Dragon Cay; never cross to the cay in a swell. Grey reef sharks sometimes close in. Name derives from 'Bermudian Harbour'.
